District Store CLEAROUT

You may be aware that the Refurbishment Committee have recently taken over the running of the District Store. The plan is to convert this into a useable, structured area which can be shared with the local groups – including Guides.
We plan to do much of this work on Saturday 13 March – this will conclude with the installing of various items of donated shelving.

STORE CLEAROUT
Note that we expect to retain very little of the current Store contents. The ‘Blue’ Climbing Tower scaffolding will be kept as it is planned to find a site to permanently erect this later in the year; the unpainted scaffolding is likely to be disposed of. Large items like the old Archery butts and canoes have to go! It is expected that up to 75% of the existing contents of the Store will be SCRAPPED or otherwise permanently removed, so please use the next couple of weeks to remove items of value – they can be re-instated later.
